How long does therapy last?
A session is 50 minutes. We can discuss how often you would like to come to therapy. This depends on schedule availability and the issues you are struggling with. You are in charge! How long will therapy last: Different people respond to therapy in different ways. We will work together on setting goals for therapy and continually assess how we are meeting those goals!
What can I expect from the first session?
The first session is important for me to understand a bit about you, your history, and the issues that are bringing you to therapy. This is also the time for you to learn a bit about me, practice policies and this is when we start setting goals!
