Meet Portia
Welcome! My name is Portia /ˈPorsche-a/ Carroll and I would be honored to walk with you through your journey. I have spent 17 years in the health care field and recently completed my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family therapy.
I am trained in EMDR and Prepare/Enrich pre-marital therapy. I use an EFT lens and was trained by one of Middle Tennessee’s foremost trauma therapists. Life experience plays a role in my perspective as well. I have experienced many struggles and successes, disappointments and triumphs and understand how each person I meet experiences these unique challenges. I’m looking forward to knowing your story!
